We strive to deliver high-quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues (please check size chart before ordering)

  • Change of mind

  • Used or washed products

Since our products are made-to-order, returns are limited to quality-related issues only.


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Share your order ID and issue details

  3. Attach clear images/videos of the product

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.


4. Refund Policy

If your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • For prepaid orders: amount will be refunded to original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery orders: refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI


5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer:

  • Free replacement, OR

  • Full refund (based on availability)


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
